Signing In to Your Account
This guide explains how to sign in to your Bourne AI console account.
Steps to Sign In
- Navigate to the Login Page: Open your web browser and go to the Bourne AI console login page.
- Enter Your Email: In the "Email" field, type the email address associated with your account.
- Enter Your Password: In the "Password" field, type your account password. To toggle password visibility, you can click the eye icon
- Select Your Region: Choose the appropriate region (e.g., Global or Europe) from the dropdown menu. This ensures you connect to the correct service location.
- Click Sign In: Press the "Sign In" button.
Successful Sign-In
If your credentials are correct, you will be redirected to your agent dashboard.
Troubleshooting
- Incorrect Username or Password: If you see an error message about incorrect credentials, double-check your email and password. Ensure Caps Lock is off.
- Forgot Password?: If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link below the Sign In button and follow the instructions to reset it.
- Account Not Confirmed: If your account hasn't been confirmed yet, you might see an error. Check your email for a confirmation link or contact support.
- Too Many Attempts: If you've tried to log in unsuccessfully too many times, your account might be temporarily locked. Wait a few minutes before trying again or use the "Forgot Password?" link.

- Language: You can change the display language using the language switcher dropdown.
