Viewing Your Agent Workflows

This guide explains the features available on the main Agent Workflows page in the Bourne AI console, where you can view, manage, and create your agent teams.

Accessing the Workflow List

Navigate to the "Agent" section from the main dashboard to view your list of existing Agent Workflows (also referred to as agent teams).

Workflow List Overview

The main area displays a table listing your configured Agent Workflows. Each row typically represents one workflow and shows key information such as:

  • Title: The name you assigned to the workflow.
  • Status: The current operational status (e.g., Active, Inactive).
  • Date Created: When the workflow was initially created.
  • Last Modified: The date and time the workflow was last updated.

Managing Workflows

Creating Workflows

There are two primary ways to create a new workflow:

  1. Create from Prompt:
    • Use the input field at the top of the page labeled "Create a team workflow from a prompt...".
    • Type a natural language description of the workflow you want to create (e.g., "Create a customer support team that answers product questions").
    • Click the button with the sparkle icon
    • The system will attempt to build the workflow based on your prompt and redirect you to the new workflow's configuration page.
  2. New Workflow Button:
    • Click the "New Workflow" button
    • Alternatively, use the keyboard shortcut: ⌘⇧Y (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+Y (Windows/Linux).
    • This will take you to a blank configuration page to build your workflow manually.

Refreshing the List

  • Click the refresh button

Searching

  • Use the search bar

Sorting

  • Click on any column header (e.g., "Title", "Date Created") to sort the list by that column.
  • Clicking the same header again will reverse the sort order (ascending

Workflow Actions (Edit/Delete)

  • Each workflow in the list will have associated actions, typically including options to Edit the workflow's configuration or Delete it. (Refer to the Editing Agent Workflows documentation for details on editing and deleting.)

Troubleshooting

  • Workflow Not Appearing: If a newly created workflow doesn't appear immediately, try clicking the refresh button.
  • Search Not Working: Ensure you are typing the correct title or part of the title.
